Qualifications

• Female candidates are encouraged to apply
  
• English language proficiency is required. We’re currently looking for nurses with French language proficiency (B1 level minimum)
  
• Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
  
• At least 4-5 years’ post-qualification nursing experience, preferably in one or more of the following areas: infectious diseases,A&E,obstetrics,nutrition,paediatrics,operating theatre, Burn unit.
  
• Strong background in people management, including team leadership, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution is required
  
• Proven ability to train, teach and supervise team members, ensuring performance quality and development
  
• Previous NGO experience

• Willingness to work in low/middle income countries and unstable areas
  
• Adaptable and able to work in a multi-cultural team
  
• Flexible and able to manage stress
  
• Available for nine to twelve months
